If you’re a Virgo and you think about the ideal pairings for your sign, a Scorpio doesn’t necessarily come to mind. Same for a Scorpio – they haven’t really thought about a Virgo, I bet.

But let me tell you this: this is one of the strongest pairings because it’s so unexpectedly good. The powerful parts of a Scorpio and a Virgo come out when they’re together, and in a way, it’s like Yin and Yang. The down-to-earth Virgo is attracted to the wild Scorpio, just as the intense Scorpio needs the practical Virgo.

Scorpios and Virgos care a lot.

Scorpios are very trustworthy and believe that trust is the most important thing in a relationship. Though they have a hard time opening up, once they do, they are more than willing to show how intense and amazing their love is.

Virgos will put others’ needs before their own and are more than willing to take care of others. In a relationship, they feel as if they aren’t giving enough, when in fact, plenty is given, if not more. They want to be wanted and need to be needed and will stand by your side because it makes them feel good.

Scorpios and Virgos feel things very intensely.

Though they might not show it, Scorpios are very emotional beings. They tend to put up a wall to protect themselves and try not to show their emotions. They’re afraid of being vulnerable, so they isolate themselves and bottle things up…until someone comes around and proves their worth to knowing what’s going on in their head.

Virgos tend to be anxious, sensitive creatures. They are very empathetic and care deeply about everyone and everything so much. When they’re sad, they tend to bottle up their feelings for fear of being judged, and then they isolate themselves. They just want alone time to overanalyze and overthink everything that is wrong.

Scorpios and Virgos just want to be in a happy, healthy, and passionate bond with someone.

Scorpios want to be understood just as badly as they want to be in a loving relationship. They want someone to love them through their moments of intensity.

Virgos want stability and security. Words of affirmation = their love language. They want reassurance that they’re good enough and that they’re appreciated.

The bond between a Scorpio and a Virgo is intense and deep. They are dependable and are loyal to their friends and lovers and to each other. They know that they can learn from one another and that’s why this beautifully unexpected pair works so well.
